I don't even want to the the non-acoustic, that mandolin thing is incredible. Also wondering what the Greys Anatomy song is? God i can't stop listening to this song....

Its not that i don't think the song titles are good, they just don't seem very coldplay-esque.... Although i guess they did say they were going to try new things..

There seems to be a different pace and attitude with this album though, X&Y was delayed alot true, but it was a also a very rushed album covered in deadlines. This album seems to be a lot more relaxed and thought out. My personal opinion is that the relative silence is due to the fact that the record label has wanted to keep this album sorta under wraps so as to have no ruined expectations. I THINK the album is either very close to being done if not done already and EMI is preparing the final steps to launch, aka why the site is down. Perhaps amazon just let it out a little early but i think the announcement is very close. Of course i am a huge optimist and they could very well be years away, who knows ;)

i just read the article about Thomas Dolby having that strange dream about Chris and i realized that i had almost the same dream, at least the part about chris coming towing a huge load of agricultural tools and asking me to be his keyboardist part. Anyway i was wondering what some of the crazy dreams you guys have had about coldplay?

I believe i remember seeing a news article on here about Coldplay meeting with Timbaland sometime in late April. does anyone know if this has occured? I'm so so Coldplay deprived right now is need SOME kind of update on the album! I assume the lack of news, interviews, and what not is due to the fact that they are holed up in the studio... oh wait chris is in L.A.! ugh i wish i knew what was going on!!! Wow amazing story! You are so amazingly lucky. Its stories like this that totally restores my love for coldplay. Lately it seems that all i have heard is negative reports about them (aka that museum lady and a couple other fan reports). But, here they actually came to you and just talked for a while. That down-to-earthness is what makes them so incredible

Agreed. I live in Raleigh so i don't think i can make the $3,000 round trip to Chile (as much as i wish i could). So if i win i will gladly give me tickets to any local coldplayer who wants them!

I consider myself lucky, i have 5 really really close friends at school, and we got really close by actually going to a coldplay concert, so we are all pretty equally obcessive about them. but i agree with pixierose that i don't get teased for liking them, but i do get made fun of a little for being totally obcessed with them.
