Sofie, it wouldn't work for me either until I clicked on the little windows icon bottom right corner, then it opened it in media player and played there....maybe it'll work for you that way too *fingers crossed*

That's what Amazon told me would happen when I preordered it, that I should get it on the release day :dance:
