User control panel - buddy/ignore lists - enter user and update ignore list.

it's around 4 months long? i guess we stopped to insult each other for 3 months and could even communicate...but as i said: i'm fed up of his Reilly hatred and his thinking that there's a "gang"

I do ignore them, but the point is that even if you make a good thread with topic it will get lost on the second page because we've got 10 game threads (with no point at all) and about 10 personal threads (no point either, hello-how are you-etc). So it annoys me, and not only me.
