Grace, its strange, I can kinda relate to your story that 2005 was a crappy year and this year has been so much better.

Last year I was ill and tired constantly(kinda had glandular fever) for half the year, felt like I was making the wrong decisions and stuff, lost contact with one of my friends(after a kinda argument), and generally felt not great.

This year I feel like Ive taken hold of myself and become wayyy more independant...I guess uni has helped so much, but I just feel more confident as a person and etc etc etc....I wont go on.....

i've been having my blog for more than a year now and when i go through all the old entries i'm reminded of "my old me".

yeah... actually, that's the same for me when I go through the "german fans"-thread *g* ;D

but it's good to read that many people seem to feel better this year :)

In other words: "Two thousand and six was a great fix"!!

I see :nice: but well' date=' I guess you can't expect everyone to be happy and bouncy and funny all the time, can you? ^^[/quote']

hehe......the funny thing is jut that deep in myself I am much happier than before....but in my outward appearance I am not that hyper happy as before anymore...which isn't a bad thing....because many people who have problems or who are not content with themselves are more "happy" in their outward appearance....than in their hearts or minds or whatever....

I hope you know what I mean.....

Sarah I quoted you......but actually I want to explain this to Mark...;)

although it seems to be senseless....

Nah I don't think I'm less depressive now than I was a year or a few months ago... I mean, I'm not that depressive or 'negative' and never was probably, but somehow people keep saying I am. Well, anyway, I don't think I've changed too much.

That doesn't mean you need to stop being friendly and become a "turncoat".;)

Yes - especially since you split from "Hatch"!!:P

it was simply a misunderstanding mark, like the one we are having now lol.

anyway, a lot has changed in the past 12 months for the better. i am a much better person today than i was back then as i'm more self-confident and have left the heavy burden of memories and frequent reminising of the past behind me. i'm no longer holding on to the past and finally enjoying the present and quite simply, living and loving life.

i'd get into specifics but no one here would know what the hell i'm talking about lol

But i found it very amusing..not my fault he thinks he is Borat.

!

I was thinking last night and I changed more than I realise

-I'm taller :D

-I don't say "aw" as much as I used too.

-I'm not obsessed with writing utensils anymore. (long, long story)

-I talk to more people now.

-I'm a lot calmer.

-And I think I've matured too. Some things my friends do or say or things I used to do make no sense these days...

But I'd like to see some of the people I used to know in Middle School to see if they still think I'm "weird." I never thought I was...odd or different- but I used to hear it all the time. I wonder what they would say...

-Well I grew just a little bit taller....

-I'm not as afraid to act naturally in front of people

-Don't care so much about what people think

-More relaxed about things, and try not to stress out as much.
