fuck.fuck.fuck.fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck...(I know this thread is old...)

but.....as I told you before I lost his number....yes...and never met him again.....this has been 4 almost 5 months ago now....

tonight we went to the same pub again....when we went out and said goodbye to the waitress I looked to the left and he was sitting there.......this was such a strange moment....really....I looked at him, he looked at me...and I went out.....this moment when he looked at me and I looked at him was so ummm "intensive"....I can't describe it...it was maybe 1 second but it felt like 1 minute...this has never happened to me before.....I can't even say what he looked like...his face looked as if he wanted to tell me "Thanks,.....you lost the number....thanks..."....but on the other hand " hey there are you again....I didn't forgot you...".....wowwww it was so strange and I feel so weird now...this moment went so fast but felt so slow-motion like....yes I could have said hi....but I didn't....because my brain didn't realize that it was him.....but on the other hand it did...

ahhhh I better be quiet now.....I feel too weird....

wow that sounds pretty intense.

Its amazing how much can be said and done with one glance eh?

this was exactly my thought after it.......you know I still have this picture in fron of me.....how he was sitting there and looked at me....I think if he talked to me I couldn't remember it that clearly...

I'm a bit afraid now to go to that place again....hehe

ahhhhhhhh NOW I know why this situation was so weird....because both looks mine and his must have been so empty.....like nothing....it could have been everything....no smile....no angry face....nothing!

Ok I'm off to bed....

Just run into him again, and give him YOUR number this time, so he will know you sincerely lost it.

My mother and father were 11 years different in age.

My dad was 41 when I was born and my mom 30. Age never mattered to them, when they first met my mum was 18 and my dad was 29, but they didn't get together until a lot later.

Oh, and Julia, I'm sorry it didn't go well last time, and I know exactly what "that look" is like (I walked past my dad a few weeks ago, I haven't spoken to him in 6 years - it was like you described your moment but a a bit scarier haha :P)

Next time you're gonna have a great time though!

Who cares about age...it's just a number...:)

My sister was dating a 39 years old guy... And she was 20. But he was totally great, he was a really interesting person. My parents weren't too happy about that but meh... who would ask them anyway? They broke up a couple of months ago though but that wasn't about the age difference.

And... Good luck, Jules.

hehe thanks guys:)

oh well today I don't feel that weird anymore....

oh that reminds me of a discussion we had some weeks ago.......a friend of mine was dating a guy who was 11 years older as well....and another friend (a guy) said this won't work.....he has a totally different view of the world if he is so much older bla.....

maybe it has something to do with age......but I think the most important thing is each individual character.....which is different..

Julia, you might go to that place again to get his number and explain what happened... only if you want that, of course.

I hope that everything sorts out! :)
