I think you're right here, I've heard and experienced this fact by myself but I reckon this happens when you're young and boys are still quite inmature - when you're younger than 18/19, but if you're 30, for example, then there's no reason for looking for someone older.

Nah I don't really think age is an issue unless it's a sickeningly large gap, like a 16 year old and a 33 year old (just an example)

But I think if it's legal and under a 10 year gap, it's all good :)
