I'm just curious. It's a Coldplaying message board but I know some of the members are not even Coldplay fans anymore...

 

So why are we still here? What keeps you coming here?.. The band Coldplay? Or the reason is only people you're talking to... Or you like The WOM section?... Or anything else... Just tell me what's the most important thing :uneasy:

everyone is just amazing here, thats why..

i mean i've been to other fourms and stuff.. and i've never found people like here.. i dont know how to explain but theres smth about this place that keeps me coming here, and the memebrs are the reason, for example you've got Nik with his amazing efforts in the WOM, Mark with his weird and sometimes hilarious sense of humor.. and other many friendly awesome memebrs.. who i got so lucky that i had the chance to talk...

I agree with you - it's the members that make it. I'm pretty sure there isn't another forum like it anywhere.

People come here initially because of their interest in Coldplay, but they stay because the forum is interesting and entertaining in its own right.

Well, actually, there're many people who like each other on official board. You know, we can't all like everyone.

And it's truly international. I think it's fantastic how it brings people from all over the world and from different backgrounds together in a common "cause".:cool:

i come here for coldplay, first and foremost, but lately there hasn't been much to talk about since the tour is over and they are making the new record thus no more single releases etc.

after that it's the world of music forum and sometimes the news.

there are great fans out there, some not so much, but fans nonetheless, but i think talk of coldplay has largley slowed to a ripple due to the inactivity of concerts and music releases.

lastly, i come here for to talk to other fans, people from all over the world. everyone is friendly and really nice, and although i know only a handful by name and others through our shared obsession with certain bands, it is great to be apart of that.

if i'm not on here for that, i'm probably busy with something on the pc and need a change of scenery which this site provides :nice:

well at the beginning I came here because of Coldplay.....nowaday I usually come here because I find it interesting to talk to people from all over the world.....and to find out about new music and stuff.....

The official board is nowhere near as good as this one. The vast majority of those who have frequented both would agree.

Most people prefer something that's unofficial, as there's something a bit "anarchic" about it!!:cool:

As you know the big man won't fly otherwise. Although I think even he would have met his match in Jade's mum (if she is indeed female)

I originally joined to discuss X&Y and Coldplay in general. I don't know if I've ever really done either.

first time that I came here I was looking for coldplay info and stuff... but now I come here because of the people and because it's the best forum that I know... also the wom section it's pretty interesting

I have a theory that Jade's mum was a genetic experiment that went wrong.

I think she came several attempts before "Dolly the sheep".;)

And that of course makes Jade herself a second generation failed genetic experiment!!:P

As for Jade's bf, he must have very serious eyesight and hearing problems!!:rolleyes:
