i found this in a message in another board. i think it's really nice, but i don't know if it's from a poem or a song or it's just something the person wrote themselves. if it's a song or poem, would anyone be able to tell what it is? thanks so so much :D

I did a search on google with a sentence or two, and it would usually come up with the song if it were lyrics, So I think it is a poem, they made up, I dont recognise it.
