anybody watch jools holand?

Featured Replies

i think his show is so great and i think we should have a thread devoted jsut to jools holand and friends so any coments/ opinions/ facts about him post em here

I used to watch it on the People & Arts Channel... but now I can't find it in the timetable.. I think they've cancelled it here.

I agree with you, I think it's a great show. He invites musicians from all over the world. I remember seeing Olodum once, which is a percussion group from Brazil, and seeing a Jamaican guy who had met Bob Marley... I mean it has a wide range of performances, apart from the classical rock & pop ones, and Jools is also a very good musician himself. So I think a thread for him is well deserved ;)

I used to watch it when it came on BBC America over here, but now they don't show it any more. It was pretty neat - I liked it a lot!

i like the program but i think Jools is an idiot

the last episode was the worst in the history of the show.

Thank you, it was terrible. The headlining band being 'The Yeah Yeah Yeah's' kinda summed up how bad the night was.

I only started watching it when Stereophonics & Dandy Warholes played, then the week after with Radiohead and Zwan, I didnt watch this weeks though :?
