Closest I've come is being within a few hundred feet of indiepixie and Reilly at football things (Owen signing, and Reilly at any Newcastle game last season when he was a steward). But I didn't meet them, I didn't know they were there at the time.

We've had a few 'visitors' I wouldn't want to meat. A beer with Tom Pitoff could be fun though.:lol:

I first met Mary (Breakfast_of_CHAMPION) on the old CP official forum sometime around early 2002. We talked all the time and after AROBTTH was released and the band started touring we, along with several other people on the forum decided to all meet up for a show. We chose Cleveland because we could still get tickets and it was a GA show, so we didn't have to worry about getting seats together. I came from Texas, Mary and Lulu from Indiana, Brit and one of her friends from Ohio, Abbey from Arizonia, Todd from Vegas, and Leah from New Jersey. We all met up and had grand old time. My mum was sure I would be killed by internet stalkers. LMFAO Since then Mary and I have traveled to more shows together.

 

I will be in the UK later this year and will be signing autographs at The Reef in Victoria Station, please feel free to come by. :D

Marisa and I nearly met once at a Coldplay concert, we were supposed to meet by the dip'n'dots, but she was late:laugh4:

 

 

LOL. Sorry about that Mandy. I felt so bad but I got ride with my dumb roommate and she didn't believe me that the traffic was going to be terrible so I missed Fiona and was freaking out! But I know we will meet sometime this summer for sure.

I've nearly met Mandy.

I've met someone named David from the official board, I think he's a member here too, just not sure of his username. We lived near each other and he won a meet and greet for the concert on August 30th so I met up with him before the concert and was nice enough to get my CD signed by Jonny.

 

And at the Cinn. show I met up with Bradley from the official board, he actually convinced me to buy a ticket in the first place. And then I come to find out that Ally ( girlygirl) was right behind me of few rows over.

 

Then I finally met Ally at a Snow Patrol gig in Sept 2006 and we chatted a lot and cornered Nathan. haha. No really, she was so sweet and now we are meeting up again on April 1st to see Snow Patrol.

 

That's about all from Coldplay related message boards. Actually am headed to Chicago on Monday with some people from the SP board for another gig.

 

All in all, it's fun and safe. haha. Everyone I've met so far has been a great person and awesome to meet. :cool: And would love to meet many more. ;)

If only it didn't cost so much money to travel, and we weren't so spread out all over the world that would be alot of fun.

 

I don't know, maybe next Coldplay tour we could pick a concert and all try to go to it, and maybe have a bash before hand. I know @U2 (a U2 fansite) have done a couple get togethers before U2 gigs to raise money for the African Well Foundation. We could possibly do that for the CCC.
