yea. no offence to the wings but the series is over now. you cant have two big mistakes like that cost you the game that late and forget about it in a day.

This final feels so much different from last years.

Last year with Edmonton all of Canada rooted for them because they were the underdog.

This year is the total opposite the Sens aren't going to get all of Canada that's for sure. Me and everyone else I know want the Ducks to win. The rivalry with the Leafs and all isn't in there favor that's for sure. No one but the people in Ottawa are going to care if they win the cup.

I'm not a big fan of Ottawa but I can never cheer for the Ducks :(

Well said, well said. I was talking to my dad about this how it is different than when the huge underdog Flames and Oilers have gone to the finals the past two times.

 

Plus most Habs fans and Leafs fans won't be going for Sens either. So they aren't really Canada's team.

The leafs have done absolutely nothing in the past 40 year, they haven't even made it to the final since 1967!!!!!

 

Thats not a fair statement about the Sens since the team that won the Cup in the 1920s has no connection whatsoever to the franchise their now.

The ducks have more Canadians on their team then the Sens so all more a reason to cheer for them.
