Classic TV...

hmmm... is this the show when an elder man finds himself in a strange village when everyone's guarded by a Big Brother and he wants to find a way to escape?

Yeah, he wasn't old- he had just resigned, supposedly for a vacation. But he woke up in "The Village" with no name, just "Number 6". The Village was run by Number 2, who usually changed every episode, and there was a big white ball named Rover that kept everyone in check.

^Pretty much. It's British, I think, which would explain why it's so clever, lol. They made 18 episodes, and never quite ended the story if I remember correctly. I need to see it again.

*The first time I saw a few episodes, I had nightmares about white balloons for ages, lol.

^lol. The one where Nelly pretended she couldn't walk? That was cute.

There were many shows I loved when I was a little girl......but I'm afraid none of you knows them because they are german.....:blank:

I might know some of them...

I forgot...

I liked The persuaders... and The Avengers.

They are older than I am, but I always loved the suspense and the action in those ones. And still... the cars, the cars... :laugh3:

Gitta, I've already watched a few times "Inspector Derrick". It's not bad.

I enjoy "Without a Trace" and CSI.

You´re forgetting about Alf!

I was a huge fan of Batman, the 60´s tv show, when i was like 4 or 5 lol I used to cry if i missed an episode one day...

I watched Family Ties, Different Strokes, MacGyver (spell??)

I also like Friends and The X-Files, but that´s not so old...

I know at least a couple of us on here like some old tv shows. What are your faves? Who are your favorite characters? WHat was your favorite episode of a show? Here's the place to gab.

My faves were probably Happy Days, BAttle Of The Planets, and god help me...Little House On The Prairie, lol.:embarassed:

EDIT: I have to admit to liking Star Trek too...OMG, why did I start this thread, lol.
