Lifelike
Arashi. They're a jpop band I'm really into (#2 most played artist on my Last.FM and I've only known about them for a little over two weeks! O:) and even though they use a little English in their songs, it's all Japanese! But I plan on learning Japanese later, so maybe one day I'll understand them. :] Oh, and Vitas (he has the most AMAZING voice EVER.), Mumiy Troll, Bi-2 and Brainstorm are all up there. The first three sing in Russian and the last band sings in English, Russian and Latvian. These people are why I want to learn Russian too! :]]
RICK8
^Ramstein comes to mind. That's 2 m's please Trace...:P:P but yeah fair call...although it does not count as its german and obviously you would not understand.

Lera
I remember when I was like, four or five, my dad was listening to The Beatles and Queen all the time. And I didn't understand a word in English, I hardly could speak Russian lol. So I just kept listening, listening, listening.... And when I went to the first grade in school there was an English class, and I knew some of the words already... I was sooo fucking proud of myself lol. If I didn't listen to music I would never learn English, though I still can't speak English as well as I'd like to. And now I, for example, don't understand Sigur Ros and some of Air songs (the ones that are in French), but it doesn't change much, I still love them. Besides, there're always translations in the Internet
Ondes Martenot
Vladimir Vyskotsky that's not surprising, since you can't even spell his name properly

ég-elska-Thom
Yes, loads of bands. Even English ones that mumble and I can't be bothered to look up the lyrics... But mostly it's french and I don't really listen closely or don't get it. Also those chinese, icelandic, spanish ect...
Ms Magpie
Sigur Rós. and Caminoigra (a Slovene band, but they often sing in an invented language that sounds like Spanish I think). perhaps there are other bands/artists but i cant think of any atm :D
ég-elska-Thom
Oh, I forgot swedish. Johnny Deluxe and Kent and some others. I sometimes get what they sing but mostly not. And Kaizers Orchestra. Well, my norwegian isn't that great. Oh, and these bands that sing in estonian. Like Ursula.
*Sarah*
I struggle with Bob Dylan (honestly) lol same here :D his lyrics are often so difficult to figure out *g*
amsterdam528
Red Hot Chili Peppers. Sometimes I think Kiedis just puts words in for rhyme.
Roubin of the wired
A musical project called Era. Their music is categorized as Contemporary, and their lyrics are in an imaginary language close to Latin. Also, some songs by english singer Sarah Brightman in Latin, French, Italian. Cirrus Minor
Sigur Ros of course. And The Mars Volta have some Spanish lyrics, and I don't know anything in Spanish. Anyway, their lyrics are so cryptic that even if they were in French, i wouldn't get them...
