Nice cop huh? Tough guy - made the whole thing worse by his actions. Kids were maybe a bit mouthy and one legged it after saying something the cop didn't like but imagine if he had NOT gotten them in a headlock? Situation would have been far more calm.

 

He must feel like a real man after man-handling some kids.

Those are police officers with to much time on their hands. That fat white guy didnt have a chance against the kid running away
