I dont want them to die. :(

That's one of the most ignorant things I ever seen.

Whatever dude...... guess you haven't seen sh*t....

 Oh my God... you know Hebrew? lol apparently you do!

And yeah, the heat is awful :( I hope the weather will be nice this July :D

My hebrew is so bad, I just know a few words. What city do you live in?

It sounds good to me!

I live in Ramat Gan.

Chris's Nuts, I just wanted you to realise just how absurd that comment was. I live in Toronto and I don't have SARS so just because you visit Israel doesn't mean you are going to get killed. The situation is much more complex than that.

It sounds good to me!

I live in Ramat Gan.

What are you doing for the summer?

Really? It's okay' date=' everyone else seems to be thinking the same way  Ahh I don't mind lol but yeah, I'm from Israel... sad, innit.[/quote']

Why sad? I would be proud If I were a Israeli, I mean Im proud to be Chilean and we are not even known or everytime someone from outside, or when I travel, aske me were are you from ? Chile, and noonw knows it or they know about it not for very good reasons, but it doesnt matter to me because its irellevant. I feel good here. I gues because Im born in Israel, I have a fetichism and I really aadmire you .......... and btw I didnt thought you were from there because your english for me is perfect, I mean you read me and realize Im not an english speaker, but for me, you were

Aww thank you! :D I don't think my English is anything close to perfect, but thanks a lot :)

You were born in Israel? That's wicked :) And I didn't mean I was sad of being from here, just the fact that I live somewhere so... well, not a nice place to live in nowadays. I'm coping, my home is here and I'm staying put for the rest of my life.

And Sarah - my plans for the summer? *thinks* well, I haven't got much planned really, just college I think. Oh! And a week in London (yay!) but that's in August :D

Hey look i know that Coldplay could just as easily get stabbed walking down the street in NYC.....however, until things settle down in the Middle East I dont think there is much of a chance on many bands coming an playing there. 2 fans on a messageboard isn't a good enough reason to place that type of a risk. Maybe if the peace process works out for a couple of months in a row than things will change.

Fill me in......when was the last time U2, Oasis, or Radiohead played there? If its been in the last couple years than I'll apologize but I highly doubt it. If its not safe to ride a bus because there's so many people gathering then a concert would be even more dangerous. Coldplay and other bands haven't played in a lot of countries and continents but there's either not a great demand or its not safe to.

Come on people, so we have some problems here! that's doesn't mean we can't go on with our lives. Band can come and believe me there will be maximum security-we are the best in it!!

Sarah, nice Hebrew. I can teach you some more if you'd like too :)

anyway, it's hot but everywhere is air-condishned. try to go to Eilat or Jerusalem or maybe to the negev - where i live. it's hot but there is no humidety like in Tel-aviv

I sure it's better then cloudy,rainy Europe.... 8)

Well, last time I checked Oasis, U2 and Radiohead weren't the only bands in the world. Many other artists have been here in the last couple of years... like you said, no where is safe. Israel may be dangerous but that doesn't mean you can't live here and stay alive.

And does it really matter how many fans are on this messageboard? It doesn't mean there are two fans overall.

Aww thank you! :D I don't think my English is anything close to perfect, but thanks a lot :)

I agree with you that two fans on a message board isn't going to make a band come to a country, you and I know that both. I don't think this thread was intended as a serious plea to the band.

And about bands not coming to Israel I read recently that Wu Tang Clan was gonna do a concert in Israel. But I dunno if that's true.

But you're reasoning is totally flawed. Just because according to you bands like Radiohead, U2 and Oasis haven't played in Israel in the past few years makes them experts on the situation at hand? The fucking Dixie Chicks and Staind and many other bands cancelled concerts in Toronto because of fucking SARS. Does that make them experts on SARS?? They were afraid to come to Toronto because they thought they would get SARS, I and not one single person I know has SARS.

It's the American media and how they portray things which is why I don't blame why you are thinking the way you are.

Aww thank you! :D I don't think my English is anything close to perfect, but thanks a lot :)

I meant exactly the opposite, I am not born there, but I really love and admire your country and culture. See my english is not as good as yours! About the bands, we are quite a secure country and noone comes inhere, so you shouldnt feel so bad. There are more posibilities of CP goinf there than oming in here, and I guess the security and all that is just a 'detail'. As far as Ive seen Cp only go to big places, known country where they are absolutely sure they will be claim ( I guess you get my point) they havent been to Venezuela, Chile, Argentina, Israel, South Africa, Mexico, Malasia, Indonesia, New Zealand........... My pojt is is just not Israel, are many the country that havent been visited and have a quite more quiet situation ( you get my point again)

Yeah :) Well I really hope you'll get to see them in Chile one day :D
