Well, this forum used to be run by phpbb software which, by default, posts an introductory (and 1-2-3 testing) thread with a single post, to confirm that the software has been installed on the server correctly. So, in answer to your question, it was made by a machine 1889 days ago on 8th September 2002 ;)
