I think they got the deadline from Coldplays interview with Q Magazine where it said it will be releasedd in May and so they just put the 15th of May but when the date comes nearer and the full details are out they will soon correct it if its not wrong already.

The probably just put it in the middle of the month so that if it came late or early it wouldn't matter...

In my opinion it's a fake...

the thing that makes this believable is the amazon one was off line a day after it was up. this has been up a couple days

^but it's also less prominent than a date on amazon would be.
