well this is true

Oh shut up you perv!

*imagines ykw taking and grabbing Rolly*

Nooo! I'm sure Chris didn't mean that kind of "grabbing" either.

Or..it could be though :o

yeah that sounds pretty pervy to me:lol:

Don't listen to him! I'm telling the truth :bigcry:

There are actually a few Radiohead songs that make me cry... Let Down, Motion Picture Soundtrack, Videotape, gah there was another but I forgot.

i remember very well this day:cry::confused:

That brought chills down my spine.

ladder to the sun is definitely one of my top 10 (ok maybe top 15...) coldplay songs. how i wish there was a studio version!! though the live versions are incredible in themselves.

but i wonder what other amazing songs like this that theyre hiding under their belts that we've never heard and probably never will hear!! one of my greatest desires is to break into the coldplay vault and listen to everything in there.

if they go to the studio, record those songs that have only been performed live, and put them on an album, that would be quite the collection of songs

^^Me too. Those rarities like 'For You' are just simply beautiful. And when I hear it, I can't help but think 'Why is it not out there??? It's so beautiful...sometimes better than their studio releases!'

But then I realized that those songs are nice little treasures for true fans to find and enjoy.

AROBTTH is one Coldplay song that I still do love.

I'm still trying to envision a stadium filled to capacity listening to Coldplay playing some really introspective song.. I've seen stranger things, but for some reason, a whole stadium of fans who know the words..they had a concert like this!! IIEEE!:wacky: Rock concerts back when I was a lad were pretty wild affairs - well, I guess there was Jethro Tull and all kinds of acts, so what am I saying..?

Anyhow, I think their best is Trouble and High Speed; and Moses. And some others, too.. What gets people all tripped out on ARROBTTH?

while i like "AROBTTH" as a song and think it's quite good, i never really got the hype, either. same with "how you see the world" and "politik."

while a rareities album would be good for casual fans, for us types i think it would kind of be a waste. personally, i'd much rather see an album of songs that never made it to be on an album or even a b-side. ohhh, how i would die.

question: how the HELL did we get a hold of the songs "harmless" and "a ghost"? theyre not even b-sides!! were they put up on the site as exclusive downloads or something, like "animals" was? i've just always wondered about that.

If I can recall correctly, "A Ghost" was done on air for a radio show, Chris followed it up with "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas". Someone recorded and just distributed on P2P and the DC++ Coldplay Hub.

Oy, you really don't get Politik? Maybe you just need to turn it up louder. It sounds most liberating that way.

And "Harmless" was done in the studio just experimenting... something like that. Must have been leaked long ago.

Yeah Politik sounds great loud. One of the songs that still remind me why I did like Coldplay in the first place.

This is making me nostalgic! I'm listening to AROBTTH on the best part of the Scientist now and looking at old CP gifs. hahahahaha.

^You've inspired me. I'm home alone so I decided to blast AROBTTH....with the bass up (for Politik ya know)

 Wooooooooo!

I can only damage my eardrums at the moment with my earbuds. :(

Wow....this is awesome. Man I love blasting music. It's like my therapy/healing session :P

Like a 'Best Of' collection of B-sides?

That'd be ace. :D
