How true bobantang! YGWV! I suppose colors draw attention - maybe there's some logic to it, or maybe it's just an unintended consequence of the way songwriters work? Since music paints a portrait in our minds, it does make sense..:)

can you count strawberry as a color in the new title "strawberry swing"? eh, i suppose not. but it puts a big pink color in my mind when i think of it, so to me it kind of half counts.

i think all the excitement makes me less worried. i'm still anxious and concerned that it won't be "coldplay," or that itll be "worse" than X&Y, but all the excitement is overtaking that, methinks. i know i can learn to like almost anything that has musical worth, and coldplay definitely is worth it. even if i'm not blown away by the first listen (though i hope i am!), i know i wont hate it unless theyve gone gangsta rap on us. and i dont think that's likely :D
