Not sure how legit this is, but it's all over the blogs... Coldplay 'apparently' having a studio gear sale. This guy is claiming it's all Coldplay's, and he's gonna make a packet! :stunned:

Well some of the kit there is familiar the Roland and synthesizer. Why is it based in Gloucestershire? When a lot of the time they record in London.

Why would they be selling the kit on ebay Im sure they dont need the money that bad or could easily off load it all in one go to another band or company.

Can only think of emailing the Coldplay site with the ebay link and see if they can confirm Coldplay are selling studio gear and if so that is the actual equipment.

One of those keyboards was used on the X&Y tour by Guy wasn't it?

Coldplay Auctioning Off Their Old Gear On eBay

 

Coldplay is currently in the process of auctioning off their old studio equipment on eBay. The British rockers are offering up such gems as the Jupiter 6 (below) with the Europa mod.

 

 

Chris Martin claims the Jup is in Mint condition, but he’s been known to exaggerate. Oh and the… “Custom made wooden end panels have been added purely for cosmetic reasons.”

Oh thats a shame i would have liked the keyboard, that would have been way coooool! Even tho i have no money.
