Prospekt's mistake

i think there is no real discussion about it by now so i think i have to ask:

don't you too think that the quote signs prospekt made to announce the album title earlier that week were set wrong?

to my mind, coldplay will never make an album called VLVODAAHS.

so prospekt wrote this:

'Viva la vida or Death and all his friends'

but ment

'Viva la vida' or 'Death and all his friends'

thats what i think

I thought that too. I thought they were still hesitating between the two..

but then I came here and read properly

It's what Freda Kahlo suffered from

oh yea, you're right! (jammingmyhead) :embarassed:

saw the movie with selma hayek and i loved it.

but using a paintings title as a title for an album? always thought mr. martin was creative...

i know but the painting is already called viva la vida and mr. martin did nothing new with it, he just copied it 1:1.

I think it's such a strange way of making a sentence, an album title or whatever. At first, it makes no sense at all, apart from the fact that it makes me think of themes like death and life, one side versus another side or how they're related. But it all seems too obvious. I shall wait and see it before saying (more) stupid things.

 Hey, Ian! don't forget Brewer's Drip, Tennis Elbow and Runner's Knee!

Believe me, there's been PLENTY of discussion on this topic! But there's always room for more. It does seem official now though. It's actually kind of following the recent trend in book titles. A lot of authors are coming up with extremely long subtitles to explain what the actual title means. It's not the exact same thing, but similar.
