svennn
i think there is no real discussion about it by now so i think i have to ask: don't you too think that the quote signs prospekt made to announce the album title earlier that week were set wrong? to my mind, coldplay will never make an album called VLVODAAHS. so prospekt wrote this: 'Viva la vida or Death and all his friends' but ment 'Viva la vida' or 'Death and all his friends' thats what i think
*Sarah*
don't think so at all, cause the quotation marks actually were a correction of the original entry (which was without quotations). so no, it's official :smug:
Mimixxx
'Fraid not. There was some confusion when it was first posted and we all though it meant OR and we were all voting but then he amended it so there were quotation marks around it. It has also been cited as the title in this article: http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdail...udio-coldplay/

Fixed
Ahhh I didn't realise that Prospekt actually posted that without the quotation marks initially and that it was altered. I saw the 2 screenshots on the news page but didn't realise. Anyways.
Ebs757
after reading it the very first time I honestly thought I was all one big title and then came over here and people were already voting on one or the other. Its not soo bad
Eh Steve!
maybe they will divide the album in have like they did with X 1-6 and Y 1-6. Im not really sure, though. Its impossible to know what coldplay's up too
suzanafg
I think it's such a strange way of making a sentence, an album title or whatever. At first, it makes no sense at all, apart from the fact that it makes me think of themes like death and life, one side versus another side or how they're related. But it all seems too obvious. I shall wait and see it before saying (more) stupid things.
Tnspieler1012
If the quotations were added later I think it could just as easily have been a joke. I hope so anyway. Maybe coldplay was just 'having a laugh'.
TraceOddity
 Hey, Ian! don't forget Brewer's Drip, Tennis Elbow and Runner's Knee! Believe me, there's been PLENTY of discussion on this topic! But there's always room for more. It does seem official now though. It's actually kind of following the recent trend in book titles. A lot of authors are coming up with extremely long subtitles to explain what the actual title means. It's not the exact same thing, but similar.
