March 26, 200818 yr There are too many to atttach a poll, but what's the stranges flavour you've had? Mine's Slow Roasted Moroccan Chicken in Garlic Sauce...gotta love Brits!:D

March 26, 200818 yr it was good! but you've got to have a whole pitcher of water and probably something really sugary at hand to counter it when you think you're going to burst into flame. i think there's another crazy one, but i can't think of it.
March 26, 200818 yr Author Really? It's a common flavour here. Is it unusual in the US? I didn't even see it in England.
March 26, 200818 yr It's this black tar like stuff made of yeast extract, it's foul! Is like a sandwich spread.
March 26, 200818 yr Putting on toast and sandwiches. Well its tag line is "you either love it or you hate it" and it's true. It's soooo strong there's no in between. I don't know many people who do like it though.
March 26, 200818 yr Author Sorry I didn't specify. I was asking about dill pickle. I tried Marmite when I visited, and I didn't mind it...I like strong flavours. But I can't see myself really loving it. I was willing to try anything just because I was so excited to be there. It's an aquired taste to be sure.
March 26, 200818 yr I remember seeing Smoky Beckham a few years ago, although I've a feeling it was just Smoky Bacon with a cunning name to try and boost sales. Unless they managed to extract a unique taste from David Beckham...
March 26, 200818 yr i'm intrigued by this marmite stuff. according to wikipedia, it's like vegemite, which has folate in it, and "it is technically illegal in the U.S. to add folate to food products other than bread or cereal." that might explain why we don't have it, though you can find vegemite in certain places if you look really hard. not that i've had it or anything.

Unless they managed to extract a unique taste from David Beckham... Even Smoky Bacon is an odd flavour for chips I think. Also the whole roasted chicken flavour freaks me out. They taste alright, but who thought of making chips taste like chicken....weird....
