March 31, 200818 yr :dance: hmm, never heard of life on mars...i just wiki'ed it and it says its a british TV show that WAS being remade for US TV until the writers strike...i'll check it out if it comes on here! gahh, i can TOTALLY see where SOTD and HF came from! these guys are geniuses. i loved in the 2nd episode with nick frost's flashback to when they were little, and his younger self had a moustache! god, this is my type of humor exactly.
March 31, 200818 yr Haha, Tim has that flash back in the 3rd episode aswell. Looks like its going to develop into something. Life On Mars. I really don't know how to describe it. Its not primarily a comedy, mainly drama and a little bit of sci-fi. But the mix it just perfect, its one of my favourite shows ever made, I was hooked back in 2006 after about 2 episodes. Too bad it ended after 2 series. Short but sweet. I'll try to find some youtube videos for you so you can get a feel for it. :nice:
March 31, 200818 yr ^i actually wiki'ed spaced as well, so i know what ends up happening in that flashback. i've got to stop doing stuff like that! yes, well i have NO problem with dramas, as my obsessive love of house and ER attests to. but don't feel like you've got to find them for me if you're tired; i can always look myself. but it seems like the best series get cancelled...i can count at least 3 off the bat that i was in love with that got bumped after 1 or 2 seasons. shame.

March 31, 200818 yr hahaha! that looks great! the bit with the sheep was especially great. i, erm, had a slightly hard time understanding what they were saying in some parts, though. interesting, really, because i counted myself fairly good at understanding certain british accents. that was slightly hard to decipher in parts though.

Interesting that you brought up that point though, because there was this one episode featuring a scottish character, and I had to watch that episode through a couple of times to catch everything he said. April 1, 200818 yr Nah. He just likes his music. I've got The Last Kiss on DVD and on the commentary when Warning Sign comes on (practically the whole song is used) Zach and the director are talking about it and Zach says that twice he's asked Coldplay if he can use their songs and twice they've been very nice and agreed. That's as far as it goes though, I think.
April 1, 200818 yr yeah, but they've totally hung out at awards, Will said it somewhere, I'm trying to think where. and that's why on coldplay.com he say's in his post "and he's a very nice chap too" I class that as a one night stand as far as friendships go, so that totally counts! haha also, I opted for the commentary on the last kiss where it's all the actors, it majorly pissed me off cos there's like 6 of them and it's SO overcorwded. wounder =[
April 2, 200818 yr despite it's killer soundtrack, the last kiss was pretty unimpressive in my book. not to mention damn depressing. movies like that make me lose faith in men, at least for a few hours :P i was expecting a garden-state-type deal. ah, well. zach braff, simon pegg and coldplay?! i would die happy right on the spot if i saw them walking down the street :dead:
