no it depends on the song

i mean coldplay songs dont have that much of technical bass but

if you listen to like sublime or catch 22 or most ska bands than its pretty intense

dude, that's so true.

I only got good after 4 or 5 months of bass lessons. they really helped me a lot. I remember i was a really bad player before my lessons, i didnt even know how to hold the bass. haha

so yea, all you guys that want to be good bassists... dont be lazy and take the damn bass lessons.
