June 21, 200817 yr C'mon MC, we need some proper male input. The guy who said Jessica Alba doesn't count - she's gorgeous, nothin' weird about that. 'fess up, who's your weird crush? Can't say I've ever had one. I'm not into "weird".;)
June 21, 200817 yr oh, and HELL-OOO john krasinski, who plays jim on the american version of the office. but really on jim more than john...YES, i have a crush on a fictional character :P
June 21, 200817 yr Author Approx - crush on a fictional character??? You win the prize for the best crush so far!!! MC - I really feel you're holding out on us. I guess "weird" is in the eye of the beholder. I always figured my Simon Pegg thing was weird, until people started replying to my question. Hmmmmmmmmmnnn, maybe what you see as normal, the rest of us would find weird???

I guess "weird" is in the eye of the beholder. I always figured my Simon Pegg thing was weird, until people started replying to my question. Hmmmmmmmmmnnn, maybe what you see as normal, the rest of us would find weird??? Well for example, I used to have a bit of a thing for Katie Holmes before she went weird. Does that count?
June 21, 200817 yr Author Well for example, I used to have a bit of a thing for Katie Holmes before she went weird. Does that count? I actually think she's looking hotter than ever, but yeah, the whole married to Tom Cruise, best friends with Posh Spice thing is a bit much. Were you a Creek fan then?
June 21, 200817 yr most of the female american population has a crush on jim halpert, the fictional character. it's like a contagious disease. you can't watch the american version of the office and NOT fall in love. seriously!
June 21, 200817 yr I actually think she's looking hotter than ever, but yeah, the whole married to Tom Cruise, best friends with Posh Spice thing is a bit much. Were you a Creek fan then? Definitely. And I disagree - she looked far more natural and less "Hollywood" in those days. I reckon she's spoilt herself. Even Sticktoria herself looked far better in her early Spice Girls days.;)
June 21, 200817 yr That's quite a combination! Yeah. I actually have a "Free Give away" thing...ya know ...free tickets, free cars, free cameras, free songs, etc. Total turn on.
June 22, 200817 yr 4th Grade - Paul Bettany 7th Grade - David Boreanaz 8th Grade - Hugh Laurie NOW! COLDPLAY!
June 22, 200817 yr ^I think you'll find the first two were both regarded as heart-throbs.;) However, Hugh Laurie definitely fits the bill.
June 22, 200817 yr Thom Yorke. I'm being serious. I would. :sneaky: Oh yeah. Too bad he's so short. But Ed's even hotter. :wink3::wink3::wink3: Oh yeah. Oh and Chris - he's handsome these days.:wink3: And Jude Law and Jenson Button - YUM. Y U M.
June 22, 200817 yr Author By weird celebrity crush I meant, celebs who might not seem like "crush" material - people who are not considered to be particularly good looking. MC had it right - David Boreanaz was considered a heart throb at the time, whereas Hugh Laurie is perhaps a little too "mature" for that label. Thanks for the history of your celeb crushes, Hotplay. Interesting to see how your tastes have changed - those are three very different looking men!

June 22, 200817 yr ^I think you'll find the first two were both regarded as heart-throbs.;) However, Hugh Laurie definitely fits the bill. haha, could be. Though I was about to totally kill Jennifer Connelly for taking my man, Paul Bettany that is. Now it's like ew. But Hugh's still in my heart. BUT NOT WEIRD.:P
June 22, 200817 yr Author It's weird to think of Hugh Laurie as this big tv star with his American drama - and accent! I first saw him in the early 90's - he had this great sketch show with Stephen Fry. A ridiculous comedy show (very funny), where he would quite often play a total fool, or a woman. And now he's this big serious actor, and the subject of your crush!
June 22, 200817 yr Dude, BEST SHOW EVER! A Bit of Fry and Laurie?! YES!!!!!! INDEED! But it is weird and it's hard to differentiate sometimes House and Laurie. It's like, do I like the actor Hugh Laurie or do I love the man he's portraying?
