a question which has been puzzling me, why are so many opra singers fat?? there are a few exceptions of course, but this question really needs to be answered

hmm I don't think anyone knows this answer...and I think its a stupid question. Like 'why are models stick skinny?'. I mean, who really cares. Its just the way it is. :shrug:

not all opera singers are fat..well not largely fat.

I think its kind of a stereotypical thing.

well mostly because of their vocal chords.

Methinks that they are fat cos their voices are so powerful, that they need a huge body mass to prevent themselves from blowing away. :D
