i bought two songs, i didnt rapidshare them, they need the money...unlike most of the big artists out there, but coldplay and radiohead and the like earned my money :)

ACOS REVIEW:

 

A Change of Season, Demo (myspace.com/acosmusic). Though this demo's got a pop-punky melodic element, overall it's more of a groovy project. If you went to the corner bar and people were playing darts, this band would not be out of place. Sometimes pseudo-reggae beats get involved which makes me think of college rock bands like O.A.R. Imagine the guys with acoustic guitars in the parking lot before the Dave Matthews show at the Dodge Music Center getting together to start a band of their own. This would be them. If that's what they're all about, then they're doing a good job.

I just listened to Asome of A Change of Seansons samples on my space and I have got to say that I think that this band is on to something a little bit different.

I did like the song Lake Street and thought that Don't Wait For Me was different with the tempo changes and acoustic rhythms and the (vocal) harmonies. Over all I think that they have a unique sound and wish them the best of luck trying to get the music heard by the right people. I'd push the major labels before anyone else. Keep pugging away!

Acoustic Cafe Review:

 

 

 

A Change of Season is a 4-piece rock band from New Haven, CT coming to the Cafe for the first time to promote their new CD. They were described by the West Haven Register as having “a fusion of sound and style difficult to categorize but impossible not to like”. Band members include Matt DePaolo; Bass Guitar, Max Cappello; Lead Guitar, Jay Romano; Drums, and Rob Aceto; Lead Vox, Guitar.

is catchy and moved. in my country rock bands also use wind instruments. that is why I liked. :cool:
