I'm ok...It was tough last week at work, and then Fri&Sat are a blur. But all I did yesterday and today is sleep. I think I might have over-done it. 'Cause all I wanna do is just keep sleeping!!!(and tomorrow is another busy day, even though I'm off tomorrow night--I gotta pick up my parents from the airport)

 

The actual baptism was ridiculous. There were like 10 babies--plus at least 4 ppl/baby, so it was too much going on. And since at the seminar they didn't really tell us what was going to happen:dozey:, it was very disorganized. The baby cried through the whole thing, 'cause it was during his usual nap time(awww). Then fell asleep right after, when we were taking pics:lol:.

 

The party though was nice. Just a mellow dinner. Baby behaved himself, got passed around from relative to friend to Mom back to relative, etc. I told my friend, I'm not leaving this party until I hold that baby!!!:angry:(Godmothers get jealous, ok?!) So at the end of the party she handed him to me, and by this time it was way past his bedtime so he was getting cranky. But then I just worked my magic:smug:, and he feel asleep in my arms. :baby:Sigh, it was heaven....:angel:

 

So, how was your wknd, did you fill out those forms?!?!

Ohhh see that's the problem of sleeping too much, you get used to being on your comfy bed and then you don't wanna get out of it :wacky:

 

Hehehehe, that's usually how it works with baptisms... lots of people, lots of crying :lol: Awww, poor baby he just wanted his nap :baby: But at least he behaved at the dinner party, i've seen so many babies that will not go to anyone's arms but their mom's :dozey:

Forms have been filled. Hopefully tonight i'll finish fixing up my work's portfolio so i can email the whole thing the the uni :wreck: :bomb:

And the rest of the week i'm gotta stalk my former boss for a recomendation letter, as i need it for the other uni :uhoh:

Yeah, that's exactly what i feared she would say, how the hell am i supossed to write it?? It's supposed to be confidential stuff :confused: But she's definitely not writing it :dozey: so at least she's willing to sign it :rolleyes:

And that's exactly what i'm gonna do.... i'm gonna take the one my current boss wrote down and my bf emailed me one of his too, so i could get a better idea of what to write :confused:

Hi Joe! Eveything's been pretty good. I have vacation to read for exams/test, so I've had plenty of time to relax, which is really nice. I chat with "my boy" regularly, but no romantic progress. :P I started playing The Sims 2 again (what I used to do before Coldplay(ing) :P), which is really dumb because now I'm addicted to that again. :rolleyes:

I've had my only exam recently which was in music class. I got the next highest grade you can get. So that's really satisfieing especially as I felt it went terrible.

I've bought Lily Allen's album "It's Not Me, It's You" and i love it! :dance: I even got my hard rocking female best friend to like her! :lol:

Hey!!! Thats good that everything has been going well:D Haha, my friend plays that sims game all the time. She used to go out with this guy and when they broke up, she would make a character of him then find numerous ways to kill him! WHAT:stunned:

Well just want to share that my parents are back from their vacation(and I actually missed them:stunned:)and brought me back a few prezzies:dance: And what do you think was the best of them all:

That's right, my parents went all the way to Slovenia and brought me back some jaffa cakes:lol:, and it's a total coincidence that jaffa cakes are the coldplaying preferred snack:laugh3:. I told my mother to get me some cookies or candies from there, just 'cause I wanted something w/ writing in Slovene (or from other countries they visited) and she just happened to pick this out, no idea why. Must be the Coldplay karma, it's going all weird on me:P. My mother looked at me like I was crazy when I practically freaked out and SQUEEd in front of her:lol:.

 

Anyway, Christa I will make it a point to be around on Friday (until before work), and I hope I'll bump into you guys before then as well. Miss you all!:nice:
