can;t really understand running unless you do it. i always hated it whilst playing sports growing up. it was my least favourite part of training. but last year my dad turned 50 and wanted to run a marathon. we trained for and completed the columbus ohio marathon and i'm hooked. if i go too many days without i feel terribly, physically and mentally. it's nearly an addiction now.

 

the atmosphere at the columbus marathon was great. i can only imagine that it's colossal in london.
