i was looking forward to them closing their 5th album with life in techinicolor 2. i was also hoping a kylie minogue song wouldn't end up on an lp. o well. still crazy excited!!!

 

It might not still. Coldplay may decide to save it as a b side for their next album, or it could end up on another EP.

Don't automatically assume it'll be shit for that reason alone. Lost! is hip-hop enough.

And talking about the song with Jay-Z, when they came to Mexico last year, they played a song with him, not a Coldplay song but it wasn't that bad.......I think that song's going to be quite nice :D

"life in technicolour" grew on me ever since i saw it live! and it now contains lyrics! BLISSSSSSSSS!

 

and that jay-z collabo sounds nice. i like that coldplay (and particularly chris) think outside the box and are not afraid of trying new things! :thumbsup:

 

oh, and the cover... maybe it "la barque de dante"? it's just a thought, but i recently had a project in art class about délacroix and "la barque de dante" was one of his very important works. still, it does actually cover emotions such as despair and fear. i don't think it would match "viva la vida" too much then. :laugh3: more like "death and all his friends".
