No. I've met too many people like him. He doesn't do it because he's insecure, he doesn't do it out of jealousy. He does it because it's who he is, he has to put people down who disagree with him. He can't help it, and it's sad.

Saying it had been fixed is a joke for you? Am i even his friend so he can play jokes on me? It's not harmeless because it was a negative comment not only toward me but also to the organizers of the awards. It's not a secret the guy doesn't like me at all ( unfortunately you haven't been here long enough to know that ) so he said it in a bad way, trust me. If it was a joke then it was a very bad one and totally out of place. Those comments were bitter in my opinion. Beside, how would you feel if you win an award and someone says you don't deserve it and it's been fixed? huh? And as a note, when he "jokes" he usually uses this smiley " :P ".
