November 29, 200817 yr Photoshop! I only have Photoshop Elements, but if you're seriously thinking of buying a very good editing program, go for Photoshop CS3. It's expensive, but if you're a student you can almost always get a pretty good discount. Then again, if you just want something pretty decent but not fantastic, you can always download GIMP for free. It has almost all of the same features as photoshop, and it's a little complicated at first, but it's a very good program. It really depends on what kind of stuff you want to edit, though.

November 29, 200817 yr Which one of the programs lets you add faces and people into different pictures? Oooh, practically all of them. Even Paint.Net allows you to do that, and it's free as well. GIMP and all versions of Photoshop do too, though.
