I know this sounds lame, but my roommates and I recently got in a fight about this...

 

What is the algorithm or equation used by the banker in Deal or No Deal? My old Statistics teacher had figured it out but I cannot remember at all what the equation was. Does anyone know it, or is anyone smart enough to figure it out?

well, i ever watched this show, i dont really get into it actually but i think the quiz is just so easy, we just choose 2 of them in between.

What really bugs me about that show is all the fake camaraderie. As if the others really give a damn how much money the person in the hot-seat gets.:dozey:

They're just waiting for their own turn to come!;)

Plus all these so-called "systems" any of them has are just total bullsh*t.

It depends on how you work out if it was a player victory or bankers victory, if they get the decision right.
