January 23, 200917 yr Hurrah! Sanity has been restored... I only hope I can stay awake long enough to see it!
January 23, 200917 yr Author It's on at 22:35 so not that late. Sometimes it's on at 23:35! ..Maybe that's just BBC Scotland? Anyway, Stephen Fry, Lee Evans, Tom Cruise & Franz Ferdinand are on tonight :D
January 23, 200917 yr WOO!, Good guests tonight, apart from maybe Tom Cruise!, I can't wait until Franz Ferdinand
January 23, 200917 yr It's been a long week and I'm tired but will try to stay up. And Tom Cruise will be great, they asked him on Sky if he was worried about going on, and he said he was looking forward to it as he's always enjoyed being interviewed by Jonathan in the past
January 23, 200917 yr I like Jonathan Ross but i've never seen any of his shows.. I love "the big fat quiz of the year" though haha
January 23, 200917 yr Let's hope he's done the decent thing and taken a pay-cut.;) Is that you talking or your favourite "newspaper"

January 23, 200917 yr Is that you talking or your favourite "newspaper" Neither. It's the "voice of reason".
January 23, 200917 yr Neither. It's the "voice of reason". You're hearing voices??? :stunned:
January 23, 200917 yr Yeah I love their new single! 'tis great! Yep, it's great and so is the album! :D
January 23, 200917 yr It was hilarious tonight Tom Cruise was awesome, why do so many people hate him?
January 23, 200917 yr Author Yeah it was great!. I think people just think of him as the "Scientology" guy or something. Stephen Fry was great as always, I know this word is over-used now but i would class him as a "Legend". I'm not a big Lee Evans fan so he was just alright. Overall a great show!
January 24, 200917 yr Author What I'm wondering is, how the hell did he sell out the O2 Arena!?
January 24, 200917 yr It was hilarious tonight Tom Cruise was awesome, why do so many people hate him? People hate him for the same reason they hate Jonathan Ross - he's very successful, very popular and makes a lot of money, and apparently that is a bad thing  Yeah it was great!. January 24, 200917 yr It was hilarious tonight Tom Cruise was awesome, why do so many people hate him? Because he is a scientologist
January 24, 200917 yr Because he is a scientologist Oh well - at least it's not because he's a dwarf, then!:P
January 24, 200917 yr Is it just me or did jonathan seem to be on his best behaviour last night? I only saw the Stephen Fry & Tom Cruise interviews, but Jonathan seemed to be a little bit more respectful and less crude & disgusting. Before the time-out, there was usually some point where I would cringe at what he was saying, but there was none of that last night.

He probably had to give a number of assurances before he was unleashed again.;)

But that was to be expected I guess. And I'm not a Tom Cruise fan, but I enjoyed his interview. I thought he came across as quite a nice, funny guy. I'm not a huge Franz Ferdinand either but I thought their performance was pretty good :D
