He hurt himself during Lost! the other night in Australia.

& then at about 3:30 you can hear him say

"Just because I'm bleeding, doesn't mean I'm lost."

thank u for the answer btw :)

Wow, first Will bonks himself in the nose during a TV performance and now this? I'd be a bit scared if I were the other two. Careful with those drumsticks, boys!

Aw, poor Chris! He really did carry on without missing a beat though. I got a stick in the back of the head at a gig once, and had to stop singing till I stopped seeing stars, lol.

Yeah he hit himself during the show in Sydney on the 14th, he didn't miss a beat or a word though :D

I was :stunned: 'Oh shit!' when I saw that happening but he soldiered on still

Poor thing it must have hurt like hell though.

Hey can someone tell me the time in the song when he gets stuck it seems that I miss it or maybe arent looking close enough.ok I'm off to go watch it again...........

It's the 2nd verse of the song after the chorus when he starts flinging the drumsticks onto the drums.

He got hit by the 2nd drumstick. You can see him turning backwards in pain

He's gotta stop doing these crazy things - running through crowds, throwing drumsticks around! :P

All he has to do now is crowdsurf a la LiT ii video :P

-edit- managed to find it illuvcoldplay??

I think he'd better leave that to the puppets...they seem less accident-prone!

I was about to ask what show this was on... and read the 14th March one..

And now that I think about it, I recall him saying the 'bleeding' bit lol.

He must have written the first line of Yellow after a rather rough gig early on

"Look at my eye.

Look how it bleeds for you.

After the drumstick flew.

Now it's all...PURPLE???"

Yooou know...

For the drumstick I'll bleed myself dry :stunned:

Bad joke I know :embarassed:

"look at the stars"

he must have gotten zinged in the back of the head when he came up with that
