April 28, 200917 yr A lounge inside a lounge, what could be better? For the upper-class Coldplayers, people who appreciate fine wine and living arrangements. April 28, 200917 yr Author ive already made a lounge. 1. It's too complicated. 2. It doesn't have a picture. 3. It doesn't discuss fine wine and living arrangements. Mine does, so mine is here to stay.
April 28, 200917 yr I've heard the Sauvignon Blanc with a touch of Pinot Noir smells like a musky brand of dog urine these days; have you had any experience with it? :glasses:

(Rupert is the Lounge pianist. His whole life is sitting and waiting to play us music) What shall we listen to?

April 28, 200917 yr Author MnYes, I heard the acting was purrfect and the ticket sales made hisstory.
April 28, 200917 yr Author So tell me Nick, what's reason of your insomnia? If I knew that it would probably not be a problem would it? Most likely stress, and thinking about too many things when I try to sleep.
April 28, 200917 yr Author I wish it were that easy Insomnia usually starts when I have one night of little or no sleep for whatever reason. Because of that night, I will be extremely tired the next day. You would think I would sleep well the next night, but for some reason it is impossible to sleep. Then for days it is a mix of no sleep or on and off sleep, usually for periods of an hour or so. This lasts until I can get a few nights of 8-10 hours. I slept very little last night, and tonight I can't sleep at all, no matter what I try.

April 28, 200917 yr I wonder how much rest you get it if you're relaxed with your eyes closed but not officially asleep. The other night I was pretty tired late at night, but I physically just wouldn't fall asleep (could've been due to a cup of tea that I didn't know was caffeinated). Naturally the night went by pretty slowly, since I just lay there with my eyes closed. Eventually I started hearing bird-chirps and dim lights coming through the blinds...but even though I didn't seem to get ANY real sleep, I stood up at 8' o clock and realized that I wasn't drowsy and just carried on like a regular day without problem.

Since it passed quickly you probably did fall lightly asleep without realizing it. That has happened to me before. But if I go lay in my bed now I will lay awake thinking about a million of the most random things and constantly checking the clock to see how many hours left till school starts....5 hours...3 hours....1 hour...I'd rather just distract myself with music and random posting.
April 28, 200917 yr Well it actually went by really slowly. Much due to, like you said, my mind was full of thoughts and worries that I couldn't get rid of long enough to fall asleep. My eyes were closed but still fully conscious. Then I got up sure it had to be 9 by now but it was actually 6:30. Anyway, if you're hungry get a low-sugar snack, and even if you're not some juice or milk will still help. The fact that you're chatting on the forum tells me thatyou're not in the best position to fall asleep anyway :P. But the next step would be to say goodnight, shut off the computer, lie down and, if you need music, break out either some ambient brian eno, steve roach or ulrich schnauss or something like explosions in the sky. Even with soft singing, I find it hard to sleep when I'm being spoken to.
April 28, 200917 yr I hate it when it happens that's why I'm going to go to sleep, have faith nick you will fall asleep eventually when everyone leaves
