Well I haven't eaten fancy anywhere recently so instead I'll call back the memories of the first really fancy place I ever ate at. Tiberio's, a fancy Italian place with a whole wall of expensive wine, and 4 different dressings for salad (already on the table, they had more I'm sure). I got the Veal Parmesan. Delectable!
