How many hours of sleep do you usually get? (Also the Sleep thread.)

Some people can't live without 8 hours of sleep, some are just fine with 5.

 

In this thread talk about sleeping, something a lot of people like to do. :)

 

For example, I woke up at 4 pm today. Last night I went to bed at 2 am. So, that's 14 hours of sleep. It was good, but then again I couldn't do anything the whole day, I just didn't feel like it.

That happened last week too. But never before that.

 

Also, at what time do you go to sleep and when do you wake up?

 

Depending on if and when do I have school, sometimes I go to sleep at around midnight, sometimes 2 or 3 am. But there are times when you can also see me on this forum when it's 4 or 5 am!

Weekends and off days I'm usually 2:30am-11:30am

Weekdays usually 12:30-7:00

I have had many many sleepless nights for being on here :P

 

I can live with at least 2 hours of sleep, but I'd rather sleep more than 6 hours so I can feel better and look better, cuz a lot of sleepless nights in a row can make me look like a zombie.

btw, in a week day I usually sleep between 4 and 5 hours. Sometimes 6.

In the weekends I sleep between 6 and 7. Sometimes 8.

 

oh and I never to go to bed before 11 pm... my range is always between 11pm - 1 am.

During the weekdays i get @ least 6 hours of sleep... During the weekends, usually i get 12 hours of sleep.

^ I personally agree. I read once that getting too much sleep is as detrimental to one's health as not getting enough sleep.

 

Anyway, depending on the days and how wired up I am, I can deal with 5-7 hours of sleep. On weekends I tend to sleep a bit more, like 8-9 hours.

Exactly what happened to me today! Or shall I say yesterday, it's 4:11 am.
