It's 9:20 pm here. I better log off to finish the work I had to do today, or tomorrow (Sunday) I'll be regreting not being able to rest a little in the afternoon for all the work. Bye :vanish:

Okay... it's 5:16 am. I stayed longer than this only once (for New Year). :stunned:

I'm not tired, but I'll go to bed anyway. I have a lot of things to do tomorrow! Uhh I mean today! :P

Night everybody! :nice:

my sleep schedule is so fucked up. on weekdays i'll be in bed at 10 pm, but i won't actually fall asleep until about 2 am. i'm so exhausted all fucking day & i can never wake up in the morning. i love weekends b/c i finally get to sleep!

if i ever need to stay up a night to do homework & i'm absolutely exhausted, i just take 15 minutes to try to go to sleep. once my head hits the pillow, i get so energetic

good night!! or, by you, good morning!

I am on God's time, so I'm not really sure - I just sleep when it's late, and wake up when the birds sing. The experts say we need a good 8.5 to 9 hours of sleep a day, and it's worth it - because then we're more awake and energetic in the day, and we live longer too.;)

5-6 hours on weekends.

Then on Saturdays I find myself sleeping in far into the afternoon to make up for it.

i WISH i could do that!!

And you can if you act now! Just send in 50 box tops, and we'll offer you the magic sleep cube, complete with the celestial star map..

Actually, the secret technique I learned at the uni was to imagine when I laid down how I wished I could sleep a few more hours in the morning, and presto, I fell fast asleep, imagining it was morning, and I wished I could have some more time for ZZZ's! (the oldest Jedi mind trick in the book).

YAY! i already saved up 45, now i just need to save up for the $999.99 down payment!

yeah, i try to do that every night but IT NEVER WORKS!! one time i took like 4 asprins at once (i know, not smart but i only did it once) b/c i was so desperate.

another time i took nyquil, then i was gonna retake some more, but i was scared b/c it said "do not take more than once in 4 hours." 5 hours later i was still awake, so i took more (this was at 3 am btw, then i retook some at 8 am)

I've recently been sick.. so I've been sleeping for about 14 hours!:stunned: Usually I sleep about 5-7 mostly 6 hours.

Aspirin and freakin NYQUIL? How OLD ARE YOU KIDS?

*Ambien and a few shots of Jack Daniels*=:sleeping2:

raid the liquor cabinet, then the parents medicine cabinet. th:laugh3:en sleep- SATISFIED.

lmfao!! no one in our house drinks!!

i only did that like twice, & that's b/c i was really desperate to fall asleep

It's weird with me because sometimes if I don't sleep I somehow get hyper. I try to count up 10 over and over and over and over until it does the trick.. :shifty:

Sunday nights/Thursday nights: usually ~10:00/10:30 - 4:25

other weekdays: usually ~ 10:30/11:00 - 6:25

Weekends: whenever I feel like I'm about to fall over from tiredness - 10:30 or so.

Sleeping is awesome :nice:

it depends. For me it's difficult sometimes to fall asleep so I only get like 5 hours. I'd say on average I get anywhere from 7-9

weekdays it's generally 11:30pm- 6:50am

and on weekends 1:00am-11:00am

It really does depend if there is anything decent on TV though.

From 11.30 pm/midnight up to 7 am. On week-end, from midnight up to 7 am but I stay in bed until I sleep again (it sometimes happens) up to 8 am or so. I sleep 7 hours.:inquisitive:

Normal days: 1am-2am to 9am-1pm

If i'm going out: 6am-11am. I can't explain it but for some reason i always get up around 11am after i night out. Weird.

Sleeping is awesome. I can survive a few days with only 3-5 hours of sleep a night but after those few days i just go mental and feel depressed. The best amount of sleep is 10hours a night..

Having said that i'm off to bed now ZING.

No doubt I will get mocked for this, but meh.

Sunday to Thursday nights, I try and get to bed by 22:00, where I normally read until around 23:30, I sleep normally until my alarm at 7:00, but I normally stay in bed for an extra 30 minutes, so I get around 7 and a half hour sleep for work days.

Fridays and Saturdays are different, sometimes I don't switch the light off until 3 in the morning, and I normally get up around 9, so only 6 hours, maybe more if my body decides to shut itself down until midday.

It varies. Some days I manage somehow fine with only 4 fours, other days - I'm brain dead the next morning and fall asleep in class, and rush home to take a 6 hour nap :(

I turned up to school once and got told I looked like a crack addict, was a proud moment

When someone mentions you look cracked out, coked out, or simply hungover, you know you're tired.
