May 14, 200917 yr I'll post this here as it'll get lost in the other thread. Interview from today....very interesting as Chris mentions falling out with Jay-Z and his management and them no longer touring together... http://www.buzz103.com/topic/play_window.php?audioType=Episode&audioId=3711786 Thanks to Ticking Clocks for the link.
May 14, 200917 yr I am confused as well....they can't cancel Jay-Z off the UK gigs as he was advertised from the start and I am sure they must have done the whole manager stuff at the time!!!! oh, well, just glad they I don't go the gig to see jay-z... P.

May 14, 200917 yr stupid management Yea, I would have given 3 times the price of my tickets to see them together. :\ THIS MUST HAPPEN! :D I hope that they find a solution ...
May 14, 200917 yr This is all so weird.... so Jay Z is off the lineup?? And am i the only one who heard Chris saying that the phisical copy of LRLRL has "two butterflies on the cover"??? Sounds like he was a tiny bit confused
May 14, 200917 yr Jay Z manager: "Jay what the fuck are you doing! Your fans don't want to listen to that Coldplay shit!" Coldplay manager: "JayZ opening? Your fans aren't gonna want to listen to that JayZ shit!" :dozey:
May 14, 200917 yr Jay Z manager: "Jay what the fuck are you doing! Your fans don't want to listen to that Coldplay shit!" Coldplay manager: "Jay Z opening? Your fans aren't gonna want to listen to that JayZ shit!" :dozey: For some reason I can't stop laughing.
May 14, 200917 yr he did sounds really tired...shame about their management and did the guy ask him what it's like to be a single father?
May 14, 200917 yr Author Chris and Jay-Z not falling out, fighting between managers. He said they had fallen out because of the conflict with their managers
May 14, 200917 yr WHAT I PAID 1800 US for a plane ticket and 100 us for my concert ticket...................... this better be a joke
May 14, 200917 yr Author Well like someone said has been advertised from the start so is unlikely....maybe there was something else planned.
May 14, 200917 yr he did sounds really tired...shame about their management and did the guy ask him what it's like to be a single father? The DJ is a single father "as a single father....." He said they had fallen out because of the conflict with their managers Oh, I thought he said Jay opening more shows for them was off because of management issues.
May 14, 200917 yr That's the way I heard it too, that a tour with Jay Z wasn't going to happen, he didn't say anything about Jay Z not appearing at the Wembley show etc.
May 14, 200917 yr Aw, I'd be sooo happy if they took Jay-zed off the Manchester bill and put a proper band on instead.....sorry but I don't like him...don't see the appeal....mind you Jay zed or Girls Aloud...dunno which is worse... :P
May 15, 200917 yr Jay Z manager: "Jay what the fuck are you doing! Your fans don't want to listen to that Coldplay shit!" Coldplay manager: "JayZ opening? Your fans aren't gonna want to listen to that JayZ shit!" :dozey: that's exactly what I think has happened :laugh3:
May 15, 200917 yr oh, this better be a joke cuz some people that already paid the concert ticket are suposed to see coldplay(of course) anf jay z together and it would be a shame if that "suposed plan" gets undone i think im going to wembley anyway, i would love to see cp and jayz together but if theres a fight between managers then its sad but jayz was just a merely plus and we are going to see an awesome coldplay show:D so.. See you there wembley!!
May 15, 200917 yr  He wasn't talking about Wembley.. He was just saying how he wanted to do a tour with Jay-Z and how that will never happen.
May 15, 200917 yr  And as usual, Chris gives the vaguest answer possible on radio :P I remember this time last year was when he mentioned the first 2 weeks of the tour being postponed, and that was really confusing until we got official word  I agree though, I think Wembley is set, but he was saying a full tour will never happen... I hope he and Jay-Z make up, though! :\

May 15, 200917 yr Author  He wasn't talking about Wembley.. He was just saying how he wanted to do a tour with Jay-Z and how that will never happen. It was only speculation, like someone said, Chris gave the vaguest of answers, could mean anything. That's why is says 'Jay-Z support off?' Not 'OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE JAY-Z ISN'T PLAYING WEMBERS!!!LOL!!!1111' The support probably isn't off, but when relations turn sour between two camps of huge artists anything could happen. ;)
May 15, 200917 yr Satriani is hard at work on our next album :laugh3: That one made me laugh so much as well!! :laugh3:
