Haven't seen these before, hope they haven't been posted....

 

On Tuesday night, May 26th, XPN member Donna Fala, of Garnett Valley, PA, was the lucky winner of the XPN “Interview a Member of Coldplay” contest. Donna was accompanied by XPN News Director & Morning Show Anchor Bob Bumbera to the Coldplay concert @ the Susquehanna Bank Center, in Camden, NJ where she interviewed Coldplay guitarist, Johnny Buckland prior to the show. It was a great night…a wonderful concert & a terrific interview by Donna, who is a local singer-songwriter herself! Check out the results here on the XPN Music Blog.

And, we also met up with the band over Memorial Day weekend at Hersheypark Stadium. We we gave another listener the chance to interview Coldplay drummer Will Champion.

They were great!!! The first lady"Big Coldplay Fan" Second Lady didn't quite know too much about the band, but I thought she was calm and asked good questions except for bringing up the Satriani case, she should have let that be.

Well, Marie, you *know* I am going to meet him in July. and...well you know... um, what happens backstage, stays backstage? right? right?? Or else it ends up on youtube. Or on the Will thread. That is if I can stop hyperventilating long enough to say something.

Rita, yes I am going to meet the whole band on July 19. I won a call-in radio contest for Cocktails with Coldplay before their concert here. :D
