Like school for piano. You learn different songs and count up the grades, while the songs increase if difficulty. Grade 10 piano is the highest level, and it basically means I could teach anyone piano. More or less it means I've mastered the piano.

Yep, I finished Grade 10 piano in Shanghai two years ago.(also the highest):)
