And yes, the teen paranormal romance genre has become heavily over-saturated. Now a-days, a book in this genre is known as 'Twilight, but with aliens', or 'Twilight, but with angels, or demons, or werewolves,' and so on, so forth. This is what is popular with teenagers these days. :(

Have you ever been a Twilighter or whatever it is called?

Well, believe it, or not, I've read all four books.

 

See, my Aunt told my Mom it was worth a read, and that she and everyone in her workplace loved it. And so my Aunt gave her a copy of the first book to take home, which I then proceeded to take from my Mom's room and read in one day, last I recall. And then I just kept reading. And reading. And reading some more.

 

I get to the end of the last page of Breaking Dawn, and realize that these weren't the Vampires I fell in love with. I grew up with Bram Stoker's Dracula, and wanted real carnage, and action, and an actual plot. And to this day, I can never fully justify my actions for reading all of those books, because I don't even know, anymore.

 

Anyways, how are you this evening, my dear? :D And yes, my Mom was quite enjoying that horrible little fic.

Okay, so Rapture is mainly inspired by the first two BioShock games, but I feel that the similarities between it and the game would bother people. Because a lot of the setup is straight out of the game. What do you think?

Well I haven't played the game, so I wouldn't know if it is based a lot or not, but it most certainly wouldn't bother me!!

And I know that kind of wrestling isn't real, but it really got the ball rollin' when it came to me and scary stories. Plus Supernatural provides a plethora of unique takes on lore and myth. So they count. :snobby:

 

About the game, you're gonna have to give me some time to tweak the story a bit (a lot) so that it doesn't rip off the game too much, if that's alright with you. So, at this point, the next story I'll be updating now is TWTUD. Of course, I'm sure you're happy either way.

Hmm, I do feel like Guy can be a bit snappy, but that's probably how the character is built, especially when they're put in the situation he is in.
