im pretty devastated that this has happened. i would never call myself an Oasis fan but definintely maybe is easily one of my favourite albums of all time. top 20 at least. with most other bands this would be shocking news but with Oasis its not as surprising. will most probably see them back in action in 5 or 6years but hopefully earlier. Noel can hate liam all he likes but he can never hate the millions the name Oasis makes for him and the fame it has brought him.

i rekon its for real this time..he left the group ages ago wen touring but never quit the band but now he has announced it :(

They are the band that got me into music! If I didn't hear (What's The Story) Morning Glory, maybe I wouldn't have become such a music crazed person and maybe not even discovered Coldplay!, I have all of their albums on CD! (I don't even have all Coldplay's album on CD, I have them on iPod), This is shocking! I much prefer Noel to Liam aswell!

I never quite managed to see them as both times I had tickets the concerts were postponed and when the dates were rescheduled they clashed with other gigs I was already going to!!

The first time was because Liam had had his teeth smashed in after getting in a fight, and the second time because he was ill.:dozey:
