Verrückt with an Ü. ;)

I have an "English" keyboard, so it doesn't help.;)

Anyway, you knew what I meant!

We're at the end of an album cycle. This always happens. Sorry you miss your friends. :(

New people show up while Coldplay are on the radio and touring and the whole place is jumping with all this excited energy and it seems like it's always like that. But it isn't- there's always a lull between the end of a tour and the release of the next album. Click the site rank box at the bottom of any screen here and check the stats if you don't believe me.

The great thing is that this is the time when the people who stick around finally have the space to really get to know each other. I spent a lot of my time here after X&Y in the music section finding out about lots of new bands I hadn't heard of before. That was also when alias day was invented. Less is happening spontaneously, so people have to pitch in more to make things happen. :juggle:

And then a new album comes out and it all goes crazy again.

That's weird, but quite logic... Can't wait for the new album then

That's amazing, especially the bit about her being Ukranian :cheesy:

But... I still don't understand why people are hiding their real country :\

Me either.:dozey:

I don't think anyone should be ashamed of the place they live, I think it's one of the greatest things on this forum, having people coming from every continent and so many countries

I agree. Even better when people say which city they're from.;)

I understand some people don't wanna tell the exact place where they live though

Hm. Nathan and Alexa have now left stating the recent fighting as a reason.

It makes me wonder: how many more from this stupidity?

Hm. Nathan and Alexa have now left stating the recent fighting as a reason.

Well you're wrong about Alexa, apparently, while Nathan was banned.;)

And it would be pretty hypocritical if he had left for that reason seeing as he was the cause of most of the conflict.:dozey:

Haha. You don't live in a country where its own citizens join in when people from other countries start bashing it.

Well that just shouldn't happen, of course, unless you're in Iran or somewhere like that.:dozey:

Sure, but I don't think they are some people here who could bash someone about his country...

Yes it's true that in some countries, everything on the internet is controlled :\

Well you should never bash someone for being from any country anyway, as you can't choose where you're born.;)

Well I won't comment on the latter statement due to obvious reasons, yes, Nathan was banned, but NOT permanently. Therefore, he had the choice to return. He came back under another account to state that he had chosen not to. That's called leaving in my opinion.

Eh, in Alexa's farewell thread, she did mention fighting and conflict. Thus I assume she was referring to this, unless she meant some personal issues.

You might find some trouble upholding that statement there as you've made jokes based on people's nationalities before. Just pointing it out.

Well whenever he has come back (the last time just a few days ago) he has immediately resumed with the abusive and insulting behaviour, so go figure.;)

If you don't believe me, I can send you a link to his comments.

According to Isabelle(?) they were personal issues, and nothing to do with anything that happened on here.;)

No I won't because I'm only ever having a laugh, and anyone who can't recognise/acknowledge that fact is either biased or clearly a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

Jokes are jokes, nothing more, nothing less.

Rick and several others know what I'm on about.;)

I have nothing against any country, only some governments/regimes, which is perfectly reasonable IMO.;)

As I said, it only seems to be a very small minority who appear to lack a sense of humour about these things.
