back again. he says he didn't download that stuff ( bravo- hits, yay), and it might be a hoax anyway. the letter wasn't from the public prosecution department, but some solicitor's office. he didn't produce, what site he's using yet. i'll tell you asap.

Sounds like a scam! But there has been other people that have gotten fines.
