I once saw something about dinosaurs in 4D and I swear, I almost threw up.

When I went to Best Buy a few months ago, you could try out one of their 3D TVs. I didn't try it though.

I don't get why it is even a treat? It doesn't even look good in my opinion.

when you've seen almost everything in 2D it's nice for a change to see something in 3D.

When I was on holidays they had one these promo tv booths for the 3d tv,

but the glasses were missing

so it was all blurry videos of kittens :blank:

That's a great story

Right

Why do you keep coming back, Nathan?

3D removes ALL artistic value, it's just like "ooooo look at the wavy thing waving in front of you ooooooo"

I wouldn't say all artistic value but I see what you mean... people will be more distracted but things floating/popping rather than the plot.

That's why I found a movie like avatar enjoyable visually, but kind of boring/bad in terms of plot/character development

wow, that's just WTF.

What is with the muscle man?

yeah... i agree. I think that 3D movies is really going to be bad for good quality movies, since they'll be more focused on visuals.

I guess for me what I somewhat enjoyed it was that it was pretty much the first thing i saw in 3d, and I thought it was really cool initially, but i have no desire to see that movie again.

i don't know. i haven't seen a muscle man since i always look away.

it's annoying

The footballers, yeah that's ok

but the girls screaming, cars and angry man is just weird.

Even for tv adverts.

I heard that "Despicable Me" was a great movie, and it's shown both in 2D and 3D here. I heard the 3D on that movie was nice.

All I remember from the 3D cinema I went to, is how annoying the stains on my glasses were. :freak:

I Went to this 4D Thingy with this black cat in it. I Got squirted with water and nearly tipped out of my chair, I Was scared then again I was only 9.

When I was in Cali, I went to this "Shrek 4D" thing in Universal Studios. It was pretty sweet.

I can't open the wrapping on chocolate bar :bigcry:

is it because you are still wearing the glasses and your hand is going through it?
