I have before, but it's highly ineffective, just as when you wish at any other time of the day.

I make a wish on the 42nd minute of each hour.

I try:) When I'm aware of the time, I do.

When I was a kid we had this game. When its lets say 11:11 or any other time like that 04:04 someone says a name of a city like Paris and if it 11:11 you count P-A-R-I-S-P-A-R-I-S-P and someone who's name starts on P thinks of you.

I always do. I'm not sure why.
