yeah the tree is a big attraction here in the park in new braunfels

most of the fun here takes place at schlitterbahn (water park) or the river (tubing)

 

 

this tree is over 300 years old

i live in new braunfels texas btw

 

We had an oak tree just about as old at my elementary school

..but they cut it down to make room for a jungle gym..... which 2 kids got hurt on in the first 3 weeks of it being up.

i actually had an interview for starbucks in target

i have coffee experience so that's what i was called in for

they eventually ended up hiring me to do sales floor though

oh well at least you have a job though ! thats always a good thing now a days -_-
