I usually fancy myself some of "A Rush of Brandy to the Head", but that one's a house secret.

 

Here's "Liquor in Japan":

- Vodka

- Cherry Coke

- Teensy bit of Sierra Mist

- Lots of Cream

- Squeeze some lime into it

- One of those mini-umbrella-toothpick things. (Very important.)
